Inspired by a current project STAK (Students에볼루션 카지노 웹사이트™ digital academic literacies), our talk proposes examples of tools and practices for knowledge work that require new literacies, redefine old ones or challenge the notion of competence as individual ability. We will discuss how 에볼루션 카지노 웹사이트˜learning ecologies에볼루션 카지노 웹사이트™ (Luckin, 2010) based on digital resources may require competences like e.g. 에볼루션 카지노 웹사이트˜lateral reading에볼루션 카지노 웹사이트™ (Wineburg & McGrew, 2017), 에볼루션 카지노 웹사이트˜infrastructural meaning-making에볼루션 카지노 웹사이트™ (Haider & Sundin, 2019), data literacy (Wolff et al. 2016). Changes in the tools for knowledge work may involve becoming able to learn across paradigms, communicating with professionals with complementary disciplinary backgrounds, and also mastering non-trivial operational skills. This changing landscape entails challenges and risks, but also opportunities for new solutions and collaborations.
